- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. The Free plan includes AI goal parsing, auto-scheduling, Google Calendar sync, the focus timer, streaks, and weekly summaries, with monthly limits. No credit card is required to start.
- How much does Zenova Pro cost?
- Pro is $8 per month, or $60 per year, which works out to $5 per month. Pro removes the usage limits on AI parsing and scheduling and adds advanced analytics, the AI coaching personality, and priority support.
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes. You can cancel from the billing portal at any point and keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
- What happens to my data if I downgrade?
- Nothing is deleted. Your goals, time entries, and history stay in your account. You return to the Free plan limits, so some features become capped rather than unlimited.
- Do you offer refunds?
- If something is not working as described, contact support and we will sort it out. Because the Free plan lets you evaluate the product fully before paying, we recommend trying it first.
- How is billing handled?
- All payments run through Stripe. Zenova never sees or stores your card details, and you can manage or cancel your subscription through the Stripe customer portal.
